CUTOFF DATE
Reservations by TX AILA Spring Conference must be received on or before 4PM Wednesday, March 11, 2020. At the Cutoff Date, Hotel will review the reservation pickup for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether it can accept reservations based on a space available basis at the group rate after this date.
